Included in your setup

  • Custom greeting and approved business FAQs.
  • Caller name, callback number, service requested, and call summaries available in Retell.
  • One Cal.com appointment type connected to one calendar, with configured hours and availability checks.
  • One inbound phone number and forwarding from an existing business line where supported.
  • Testing of greeting, contact capture, successful booking, occupied slots, and booking failures.
  • Owner instructions and handoff.
  • 14 days of launch support to fix setup issues, plus one round of wording changes.

What you pay separately

You own and pay for your Retell, phone/carrier, and scheduling accounts. Platform usage, phone-number charges, carrier charges, and any paid scheduling plan are not included in the $499 setup fee. Calls are not unlimited.

Getting started

After purchase, email your order number to ty@crimsonlogicai.com to arrange onboarding. We collect your business details, approved service information, calendar hours, and secure account access. Do not send passwords or API keys by email.

Target delivery is five business days after complete business details, account access, and calendar settings are received. Number verification, porting, or third-party delays may extend delivery.

Optional ongoing support

Optional support is $79 per month and includes one monthly review plus up to 30 minutes of minor changes or troubleshooting. It is purchased separately and is not required to keep using your agent. Contact us to arrange support.

Additional work

Call transfers, automated SMS or email follow-ups, CRM connections, multiple calendars or locations, additional languages, extra agents, and larger changes are quoted separately. This package does not include continuous monitoring or guaranteed lead or revenue outcomes.
