Shipping policy

The 365-Day AI Content Engine™ is a digital product.

No physical product will be shipped. No shipping charge applies, and no delivery address is required solely for product fulfillment.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After Shopify confirms payment, the Shopify Digital Products app ordinarily provides the buyer with access to the product files.

The download link may be provided:

• In a digital-product delivery email;

• On the Shopify thank-you page; or

• On the buyer’s order-status page.

Payment review, fraud screening, an incorrect email address, or a third-party service interruption may delay access.

DELIVERY SUPPORT

If download access does not arrive or the delivered files cannot be opened, contact ty@crimsonlogicai.com.

Include the purchaser’s name, order number, purchase email address, and a description or screenshot of the problem.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

Support inquiries will normally receive an initial response within two business days, excluding weekends and recognized United States holidays.

DOWNLOADS AND BACKUPS

Buyers should retain their order number and purchase email address and save a secure backup of the downloaded files.

Repeated or unlimited technical download access does not authorize sharing, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or use outside the purchased license.

The applicable Digital Product License continues to govern all downloaded materials.
