Terms of service
Effective date: September 7, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the 365-Day AI Content Engine™ from Crimson Logic AI LLC.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the product, the buyer agrees to these Terms of Service, the Digital Product License, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy displayed or linked by Crimson Logic AI LLC.
PRODUCT AND DELIVERY
The 365-Day AI Content Engine™ is a downloadable, self-paced collection of educational and operational resources.
The purchase does not include a physical product, consulting engagement, managed posting service, custom implementation, recurring subscription from Crimson Logic AI LLC, or support beyond the published support terms unless expressly stated at checkout.
Download access is ordinarily provided electronically after Shopify confirms payment. Delivery may be delayed by payment review, fraud screening, incorrect contact information, or a third-party service interruption.
No shipping charge or physical delivery applies to this product.
PRICES, TAXES, ORDERS, AND CANCELLATION
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on the information provided at checkout and the jurisdictions in which Crimson Logic AI LLC is registered or legally required to collect tax.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and access to the product is issued.
Crimson Logic AI LLC may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, a pricing or technical error, legal-compliance requirements, or product unavailability. If payment was captured for an order canceled by Crimson Logic AI LLC, the captured amount will be refunded.
A buyer cannot ordinarily cancel a completed digital order after download access has been provided, except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
STANDARD BUSINESS LICENSE
Purchase grants the buyer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the downloaded materials within one purchasing business.
Ownership of the underlying product, templates, prompts, documentation, designs, systems, and other intellectual property remains with Crimson Logic AI LLC and its licensors.
PERMITTED USE
The buyer may:
• Customize prompts, worksheets, calendars, templates, and workflows for internal use by the purchasing business.
• Create content for the purchasing business using the system.
• Allow employees or contractors working for the purchasing business to use the materials solely for that business, subject to confidentiality and these restrictions.
• Make reasonable backup copies for use by the purchasing business.
PROHIBITED USE
The buyer may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or give away the source files or substantially similar copies.
• Use the Standard Business License to create deliverables for unrelated clients or multiple businesses.
• Present the system, templates, prompts, branding, documentation, or other product materials as the buyer’s own product.
• Remove ownership notices or use Crimson Logic AI trademarks without permission.
• Use the product materials for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Agency, client-service, resale, white-label, and multi-business rights require a separate written commercial license.
Unlimited technical download access does not expand the Standard Business License or authorize sharing, redistribution, resale, or use for multiple businesses.
A material breach of these license terms may terminate the license. After termination, the buyer must stop using and distributing the protected source materials, subject to applicable law.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The buyer is responsible for:
• Providing accurate checkout and contact information.
• Maintaining the security of download links and product files.
• Reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy, confidentiality, legality, accessibility, brand fit, and platform requirements before using or publishing it.
• Obtaining the necessary rights and permissions for customer information, images, testimonials, music, trademarks, and other materials used with the system.
• Complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Optional AI, design, scheduling, payment, email, analytics, automation, and social-platform services are provided by third parties.
These services may require separate accounts, subscriptions, payments, or acceptance of additional terms.
Crimson Logic AI LLC does not control the availability, pricing, security, policies, features, or future changes of third-party services.
EDUCATIONAL AND AI DISCLAIMER
The 365-Day AI Content Engine™ is provided for educational and operational purposes.
It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, or platform-compliance advice.
Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate material. The buyer is responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving all AI-generated output before publication or business use.
The buyer should not enter confidential, regulated, proprietary, or personal information into an AI service unless the buyer is authorized to do so and the service is appropriate for that information.
Platform features, algorithms, policies, and integrations may change. Buyers should verify current requirements directly with each platform.
Examples and projections are illustrative and are not promises of performance.
NO GUARANTEED OUTCOME
The product provides frameworks, prompts, templates, and workflows. Results vary based on the buyer’s offer, audience, market, execution, judgment, platform conditions, and other factors.
Crimson Logic AI LLC does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, customers, followers, engagement, rankings, platform access, or any particular business outcome.
OWNERSHIP AND ENFORCEMENT
The buyer retains ownership of original business information and content the buyer lawfully supplies.
Crimson Logic AI LLC retains ownership of the product materials and associated intellectual property.
Unauthorized distribution may result in access termination and enforcement of available legal rights.
WARRANTY AND LEGAL RIGHTS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
SUPPORT
Support is limited to purchase verification, download access, corrupted files, and clarification of included materials.
Support does not include custom strategy, content creation, platform administration, account recovery, legal review, tax advice, or support for third-party subscriptions and services.

Support inquiries will normally receive an initial response within two business days, excluding weekends and recognized United States holidays.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Crimson Logic AI LLC may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed to by the buyer.
Electronic notices and transaction records satisfy written-communication requirements to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
The buyer may not assign or transfer the license without written permission from Crimson Logic AI LLC.
Crimson Logic AI LLC may assign these terms as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.
These Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them constitute the complete agreement concerning this product, except for terms expressly stated at checkout or contained in a separate written agreement.
